Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus Funds.

Use of VPNs, proxy services or similar circumvention tools to access zx567 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms. zx567 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit Bonus Funds and suspend Accounts where such access is detected.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
zx567 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of residential address and a selfie or liveness verification — before withdrawals are processed or before certain account functions are unlocked. All documents must be submitted through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. Users must not send sensitive identity documents via chat, email or any unsecured channel.
Submitting altered, falsified or manipulated documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. zx567 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Account Balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani users may transact in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where supported. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the platform and may vary from interbank rates. Users accept that currency conversion may result in differences between credited and withdrawn amounts.
The zx567 platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access the platform, register an Account, place wagers and use the features available to registered Users in accordance with these Terms. All other uses are prohibited without the prior written consent of zx567.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the zx567 platform:
zx567 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our control. zx567 shall not be liable for any loss, including lost betting opportunities, arising from platform downtime.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion, review of account activity for compliance with these Terms, and the processing timelines of the relevant payment method. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Users must not use the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering or the concealment of the proceeds of criminal activity. zx567 may suspend an Account, freeze a Balance or report activity to relevant authorities where AML obligations require it.
Important: Deposits made via a particular payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method, up to the amount deposited, before alternative withdrawal methods become available. This is a standard AML control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by zx567 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where those specific terms conflict with this section, the specific terms of the relevant promotion shall prevail. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated bonus expiry period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
zx567 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; employing low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement; coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms; and providing false information to qualify for an offer.
zx567 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Amounts shown in marketing materials — including examples using PKR figures such as PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000 or PKR 25,000 — are illustrative only unless confirmed as live promotions within the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by zx567. A bet is confirmed only when the platform has issued a confirmed bet reference number. A bet placed but not confirmed due to technical issues, odds changes or system errors will be deemed void and any staked amount refunded.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Post-confirmation odds are locked. Results are determined in accordance with the applicable sporting body's official result or, in the case of casino games, the random number generator outcome. The zx567 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zx567 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zx567 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, zx567's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zx567 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during lawful use of the platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. No representation is made that participation will result in a profit.
zx567 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account, withhold Balances and void pending bets at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering; (c) the Account was registered in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) the Account holder has provided false registration information; or (e) a self-exclusion obligation applies.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, provided all outstanding KYC and AML obligations have been met. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account closure or termination — whether voluntary or by zx567 — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its licence, as disclosed by the operator at the time of registration. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause shall prejudice the rights of Pakistani users under applicable mandatory provisions of Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract. However, zx567 makes no representation that its services are authorised, licensed or regulated under Pakistani law.
zx567 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, zx567 will endeavour to provide notice via the platform, by email or through Account notifications. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last review is displayed at the top of this document.
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
